My name is Nadine de Almeida. I'm the girl, artist, dog lover, and design obsessive behind all the art you see here! My career had long been in the fashion design industry before I rekindled my love of art and discovered a passion for paper.

Born in Europe, raised in the Middle East, and now residing in Canada, my art features many tropical motifs, sun drenched scenes, and celebrates global femininity.

I began Almeida Illustrations as a means of finding peace and coping within an ever complex world. Creating and sharing hopeful art has given me solace and brought a sense of calm. My favorite art mediums to use are watercolor and gouache. My hope is that my art can spark joy and promote harmony.
